Ellie partners with businesses and teams to explore people experience and ways of working. Sparking connection with purpose, belonging and contribution, and creating workplaces where people can not only grow, but thrive.
Through her studies and her work, Ellie has always gravitated towards human-centric subjects like consumer behaviour and organisational culture. Delving into what makes people tick, why they make decisions, and ultimately – how to make meaningful connections. Understanding why we do what we do, and then what we might be able to do differently through reflection, insight and action.
Throughout her career in organisational development, Ellie recognised that traditional businesses can have too many competing factors pushing against their people experience and denying people the opportunity to thrive. Keen to make a difference, Ellie decided to help leaders and teams to shift focus and put humans back at the centre of their organisations.
Ellie considers herself to be a co-creator, an insight-facilitator, a student, and a one-woman cheer squad. She’s also the mum of two kids and two dogs (hectic much!). If she’s not consuming podcasts at what some consider to be an alarming rate, you can find her writing novels or practicing her Hawkeye (archery) skills.
