Anna consults in service design, change management, innovation and entrepreneurship.
Anna trained in Europe in Design Thinking, Service Design and CX (experience design), before moving back to Australia to launch an agricultural tourism-tech start-up in Tasmania called Off the table - a marketplace for wild food experiences like truffle hunting and abalone diving with some of Australia’s top food brands.
Her technical background is deeply rooted in Service Design, Experience design (CX), Strategy and Lean Change management, which makes Anna poised for all things innovation. She has worked on innovation projects in just about every industry, including eHealth, social services, financial services, aviation, tourism, education, manufacturing and tech. From products to technical systems and everything in between, Anna is the go-to when it comes to discovering ‘the new’. Clients love her energy, passion, curiosity and endless positivity.
She is also mad about high-altitude trekking, which is odd, given that she lives in Australia. She’s also Neu21’s go to food guru - ask her what she’s eating tonight. It’s bound to make you hungry.
