Arnold Ho, also known as ‘Arnie’ is one of our Agile Coaches.
In 2010, following the completion of his biomedicine bachelor’s degree at the University of Melbourne, he faced a critical cross-road to pursue a career as a health professional or to step into the unknown of full-time work. Guided by his love to help people thrive and strength in communicating he chose the latter and began his professional career in the contact centre at a major Australian bank.
Utilising his analytical skills from his degree and blending it with an innate passion to connect with people, he moved through a number of roles across coaching, facilitation, team leading and management.
It wasn’t until 2017, when as a client with The Agile Eleven, he discovered a new way of working, which completely transformed the contact centre, where he worked as a senior manager. They not only become one of the most engaged teams in the organisation, but also consistently provided superior customer service whilst delivering on major strategic initiatives.
With this new found knowledge and experience , he would go on to cut his teeth with other departments and project teams at MLC to unlock better collaboration and communication. Becoming an informal agile coach in the organisation.
In 2018, Arnold joined the Agile Eleven as an Enterprise Agile Coach and has since worked with a diverse range of different teams across various industries helping them achieve greater collaboration and business results.
Outside of work, Arnold serves as a deacon and the secretary at his local church. He is also a huge HawthornFC (AFL) and LiverpoolFC (English Premier League) fan and enjoys spending time creating content on his Youtube Channel and long distance running
